Laser Gynecological Treatments

Regain or enhance sexual satisfaction at any age or stage of life easily and comfortably

Intimilase has quickly become one of our most requested treatments!  We have had a tremendous amount of positive feedback on this procedure both from patients and their partners! IntimaLase is a unique laser therapy for non-invasive, non-surgical, photothermal tightening of the internal vaginal canal.  It offers overall enhancement and tightening of the exterior vagina including the labia majora and labia minora. These results produce a significant improvement in sexual reaction, confidence, and pleasure.

How does IntimaLase® work?

Fotona’s 2940 nm Er:YAG non-ablative laser with proprietary “smooth-mode” technology thermally affects the vaginal tissue, stimulating collagen remodeling and the synthesis of new collagen fibers in the vaginal mucosa tissue and collagen-rich endopelvic fascia.

The final result of collagen neogenesis and remodeling is tightening of the vaginal canal for enhanced sensation and lubrication.

Er:Yag and ND:Yag lasers externally remodel collagen and structural components of the skin, increasing comfort and confidence.

Unique advantages of IntimaLase® for patients

As a non-ablative, minimally invasive procedure with Er:YAG and ND:Yag lasers, IntimaLase represents a safe and effective solution for vaginal tightening. Clinical results show a tightened vaginal canal, greater sexual satisfaction, and significant improvement in a patient’s quality of life. Usually 3-4 sessions are recommended. No special preparation or post-op precautions are necessary aside from a recent and healthy gynecological examination. Patients can immediately return to their normal everyday activities and resume sexual activity in 3-7 days.

Special post care serums will be recommended by Dr. Deepti to speed healing and further enhance results.

IncontiLase® Incontinence Treatment: Strengthen supportive tissue to reduce or eliminate the worry and inconvenience of stress urinary incontinence

IncontiLase® is a patent-pending, non-invasive Er:YAG laser therapy for the treatment of mild and moderate stress urinary incontinence. IncontiLase® is based on non-ablative photothermal stimulation of collagen neogenesis, shrinking and tightening of vaginal mucosa tissue and collagen-rich endopelvic fascia, and resulting in subsequently greater support to the bladder. The indications for IncontiLase therapy are mild and moderate stress- and mixed-urinary incontinence (SUI). Preliminary clinical studies show that it is an efficient, easy-to-perform and safe procedure.

How does IncontiLase® work?

Fotona’s 2940 nm Er:YAG non-ablative laser with proprietary “smooth-mode” technology thermally affects the vaginal tissue, stimulating collagen remodeling and of new collagen formation.

Unique advantages of IncontiLase

A major advantage of IncontiLase is that the procedure is nonsurgical and virtually painless, with no cutting, bleeding, or sutures. Recovery is extremely quick without need for the use of analgesics or antibiotics. Usually 2-3 sessions are recommended to alleviate mild or even moderate stress urinary incontinence.

No special pre-op preparation or post-op precautions are necessary aside from a recent and healthy gynecological exam. Patients can immediately return to their normal everyday activities and sexual activity may be resumed 3-7 days after treatment.

Studies confirm that IncontiLase is an effective, safe, and comfortable treatment option for symptom relief in patients with mild and moderate stress urinary incontinence(SUI), such a dribbling or leaking when coughing, laughing, sneezing or when standing up after urinating.

Exceptional clinical results

Scientific results from clinical studies show excellent improvement for mild and moderate SUI.

  • Almost 70% of patients are dry after 120 days.
  • 120 days after IncontiLase treatment, 94% of patients reported improvement, and 68% of all patients claimed to be free of SUI symptoms.
  • Improvement of SUI in all measured parameters.
  • No adverse events noted in any of the studies.
