Dr. Deepti Sadhwani is internationally known in the medical community for her education, experience, and proven strategies to optimize patient wellness. A physician scientist at heart, Dr. Sadhwani has spent nearly the last two decades dedicated to evidence-based wellness and the positive outcomes patients experience resulting from this transition from conventional to integrative medicine. Dr. Sadhwani is now focused on creating a healthier community through cutting edge nutrigenomic and epigenomic research and testing. For executives and patients needing more convenient medical services, Dr. Sadhwani also offers concierge medicine through Radiant Concierge LLC. For patients struggling with obesity related to dietary issues, she created the Lifestyle by Dr. Deepti line of precision nutrition and supplement products to facilitate weight loss, inflammation control, and movement toward eliminating a need for the band-aid approach of prescription medication. An active leader in her local community, Dr. Sadhwani was recognized with dual awards from the Junior League of Indian River in 2015 as both Woman of the Year and Business Professional of the Year. Dr. Sadhwani is Board Certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine, a Diplomate of Bariatric Medicine, affiliated with the American Medical Association and American College of Physicians, and spent 10 years early in her career as an OB/GYN with expertise in Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). The Sadhwani family has called Indian River County home since 1998; their daughter, Dr. Divya Haryani, recently opened a local practice specializing in Dermatology.

Dr. Harish Sadhwani began his medical career as an orthopedic surgeon. He then became Board Certified as an Internal Medicine and Bariatric Medicine Physician. He is a traditional physician that combines his state of the art skills with ancient wisdom in diagnosing and treating his patients. His immense experience, his passion, and his devotion to his patients is not often seen in today’s fast-paced practices of medicine. His patients matter to him, their health is his primary concern. It is imperative that physicians stay on top of all of the advances in medicine in today’s world. It is passion for the overall health of his patients that drives Dr. Harish to maintain an extraordinary level of skill sets to provide whatever is necessary for good health. This doctor expertly removes lesions and skin cancers, properly diagnosis’s hypertension, cardiac issues, and respiratory ailments. Accurately determines protocol for pain management and with skilled hands sutures deep lacerations and removes fish hooks for his patients.‍

Mark is a native Floridian, born in Ft. Lauderdale and raised in Sebastian. He was an excellent student at Sebastian River High and that prepared him to obtain his undergraduate degree from FIT, Florida Institute of Technology, and then to Nova Southeastern University to pursue his degree in medicine as a Physician Assistant. His experience in the field of Psychiatry gives him valuable skills in understanding underlying issues that are present in some patients. He takes the time to closely listen to his patients, his conservative and well-thought-out approach to the diagnosis and treatment plans is what makes him an exceptional medical professional. A family man and true outdoorsman, Mark loves to hunt, fish, and scuba dive.

Michael was born and raised in Pennsylvania before moving to Florida for PA school. He obtained his undergraduate degree at Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, before moving to obtain his medical training at Florida State University to become a Physician Assistant. His passion for health and wellness coupled with his desire to serve others, drive him to help patients achieve their best sense of overall health and well-being. During his free time, Michael enjoys playing tennis, fishing, and golfing.

Originally from Ohio but born and raised in Vero Beach, FL, Joel Shields took an interest in health and wellness at a young age, and since then Joel has acquired a plethora of knowledge in relation to the field. Joel has had experienced in the health industry for over 10 years. His qualifications include his bachelor’s degree in business, his certification as a nutrition specialist, and as a personal trainer (ISSA). Joel has worked for several major nutraceutical and pharmaceutical companies, helping take their business to a great level of success, and has since achieved certification as a Medical Assistant. Joel loves spending time with his family and enjoys rock climbing, cycling, stand up paddleboarding, and anything out in the Florida sunshine. Ultimately Joel has a burning desire and passion to help others live a more fulfilling and healthy life and working alongside Dr. Deepti and the rest of the staff at QHC Wellness Institute has allowed him to do just that. Joel has been established with QHC Wellness Institute since 2016.
